  • After you place an order at distracted.store, it is automatically sent to our print-on-demand partner, Printful, for fulfillment.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days for apparel and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.
  • During peak times (like holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:

  • United States: Shipping rates are calculated based on the total order weight and destination. Rates typically range between $3.99 – $7.99.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 3-4 business days.
  • Europe: 6-8 business days.
  • Canada: 5-10 business days.
    • Worldwide: 10-20 business days.

Please note: Shipping times may be subject to delays due to external factors, such as customs processing or postal service disruptions.


Tracking Your Order:

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if you’re not satisfied, here’s what you can do:


Returns:

  • Timeframe:
  • You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
  • Refunds can be processed up to 180 days after the transaction date in accordance with payment processor policies, but items must still be returned within our 30-day return window.
  • Conditions:
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that were customized or personalized unless there is a defect in manufacturing.
  • Please note: Processing fees from PayPal or Stripe may not be refunded.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll arrange for return shipping at no cost to you.
  • For customers using PayPal as a payment method, PayPal may offer coverage for return shipping under their “Return Shipping on Us” program.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will process the exchange once the original item is received.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize! Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email once the return is processed. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on the payment processor’s policies.
  • Please note: Processing fees from Stripe or PayPal will not be refunded if the original transaction fees are non-refundable according to their policies.
